  Our server TYLER took extremely long to bring us plates for appetizers!!! My freaking beer was warm by the time he brought us plates. Then comes to ordering entrées and our server MR. TYLER was missing again!!!! Then he shows up and take my order. After 35 minutes of more waiting, this kind lady brings us our food... BUT IT WAS FREAKING COLD!!!! The plate was extremely hot and the food was cold! Fries tasted like I would assume chewing on RUBBER BANDS? Very horrible experience. Waiting is what kills the mood and then crappy food on top of that doesn't help the customer.
  And then comes to paying MR. TYLER went M.I.A again. Totally ignored us about three times and then I finally got his attention after 18 minutes and told him I was in a rush. NEVER GOING BACK. Place needs food runners and better management.

  Went there for a wine pairing event sponsored by Gallo wines. Had a wonderful time. Great food, great sevice. They had an Italian singer. I mean, it was a totally great experience. All the Italian dishes were delicious, wine was complimentary. Even the appetizer cheese plate was delicious. The manager and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great event for the price and value.

  My first visit ever, everything was great! Server was very pleasant and his recommendations were excelent choices; the food came out quick, hot and delicious! Looking forward to my next meal there...
